My name is Traci and I have been where you are, whether you are just starting out, on top of your game, or about to lose it all. Most of my adult life I have been a business owner. From horse training in my teens and 20's, to horse trader in my 20's and 30's, farm machinery dealership owner in my 30's, auction company operator in my 40's, and now adding store owner and coach. I currently own an auction company, I have two brick and mortar stores, website, and sell on 6 other online marketplaces. I have done some other things along the way. I have learned lots, been in the trenches, and have come out on the other side.
Now, I want to share with you what I have learned. Why? So, maybe I can help you succeed and achieve your goals much faster without making all the mistakes I did. I don't have a fancy college degree, I didn't have a coach or a mentor, I was just flying by the seat of my pants doing whatever I had to do to make it work. Working all the time and never having time to do anything but work. This does not have to be you.
These days we literally have tools at our fingertips. SO MANY CHOICES. All promising to make your business run better. No matter if it is the latest greatest POS system, website builder, or inventory management. How do you choose? So many suppliers of products. Who do you buy from? It is A LOT!! All this will leave you stressed out and working all the time. I know, I have done it. With all my experience I can help you.
It's Monday morning and you have been planning all weekend. You have it all worked out in your head and you are excited to get to work and put your plan into action. You leave early to get there and prepare for an exciting day that will set sales records. Then, the phone dings, one of your employees is running late. So, that isn't terrible you can get everything kicked off and it will be fine. Then another phone ding. Another employee is sick, calling in 5 minutes before you open. Now all the plans you made for the day just flew out the window.
It's Monday morning and you have lots of items to ship out that have sold online over the weekend. You are printing out all the orders and start picking them only to find someone order two of an items and you only have one. Then another item was listed completely incorrectly and the person responsible called in sick.
The phone starts ringing, great right? You run from the back storage closest to answer just to get the sales pitch on the recording for something you don't want or need. It rings again and someone wants to be your credit card processor. Don't even get me started on emails.
